Are we just talking about projects that the AnalyzerManager already knows about, or also references where the project hasn't been loaded in the manager yet?

If the former, it'll currently wire up the references in the workspace, but only if/when you add each one to the workspace explicitly (or call AnalyzerManager.GetWorkspace() which creates a workspace from all the known projects, wiring up project references if they exist). A good enhancement here would be to automatically include other known projects from the manager in the workspace - I think this is what the request is?

In that case, I would add an optional argument to the GetWorkspace() and AddToWorkspace() methods called something like addProjectReferences. This would need to iterate the projects in the manager, using the absolute normalized project path to match any projects in the manager with the resolved project references for the project being added. Then we would recursively call AddToWorkspace() for any project references that exist in the manager but aren't already in the workspace.

Feel free to take a shot at it, or I might loop this feature in when I tackle the other outstanding feature issues.

Done! Let me know if I got the gist of the feature wrong though and we'll circle back around.
