Not really (at least not at the moment). Tofi makes quite a few assumptions to be able to start up so fast, one of which is that it's never going to be resized or moved while it's running. Its behaviour is also fairly heavily based around the layer-shell protocol, so making it a normal window that can be resized / moved between monitors etc. would require a decent amount of work, especially to not sacrifice start-up speed (which is the reason tofi exists in the first place!).
So while not impossible, I'm probably not going to do this for a long time (if ever). Thanks for the suggestion though!
