Session cookie is not being saved by browser about cwcomp-web

Changed LoginForm to use this:

fetch(url, {
    method: "POST",
    credentials: "include",
    headers: {
        "Content-Type": "application/x-www-form-urlencoded",
    },
    body: urlEncodedData.toString(),
})

Need to make the corresponding changes to cwcomp in LoginHandler to allow these headers:

w.Header().Set("Access-Control-Allow-Origin", requester)
w.Header().Set("Access-Control-Allow-Headers", "Credentials")
