What about adding a link to the search page instead of nothing when the item hasn't have any url?

Some items don't have a URL, so you should search for them manually to know what they do. Maybe it is helpful for those items to instead direct to a "search" page with its name.

I see that now the site used is https://pf2easy.com, but its search engine isn't so good, so I propose to use the https://2e.aonprd.com site.

For example for the item Ladder Feather Token you could put a link to https://2e.aonprd.com/Search.aspx?q=Ladder%20Feather%20Token.
