I’m currently a Lead Software Engineer at a large multinational consultancy company. My main activity is to do be the motivating person of the team and be supporter for every action they need to perform. In addition to that, I also do full maintenance of several legacy applications. That means:

• Running production support

I'm seen as a Tech-guru, mentor for the team and consultant for almost every decision.
