Only one connection, nothing else happening. The first request (packet 11) gets its 200 response (packet 15) and the client sends another one (packet 17), but the ASGI application does not receive this, and thus there is never any response. Server disconnects after keep-alive timeout (packet 19).
With only one concurrent connection it appears deterministic, so that the first request is always handled OK but the second one on a connection fails. With higher numbers of concurrent requests sometimes there are more than one per connection that get through.
