Ah, looks like #4. I'm at a loss with this bug, as I don't understand how windows works in this regard. I'll try investigating though.

Yea, this is intentional. I think the two are different needs (reloading during development and multiple workers for production), so I've not tried to make it work.

I think print(os.getpid())
would do this, unless you are looking for something else?
