feature request about streeme

the easiest way to accomplish this right now is to install the app to another 
location and make another database user for this new install. once you do that, 
put your roommate on another port in the apache configs. This way you'd get 
http://10.10.10.10:8095/6 and your roommate would get 8097/8. the virtual hosts 
will route to the proper app for each user. 

Long term, it would be good to look into how to make the database support 
multiple libraries for each user.
