Thanks - I'll go figure out where this problem is coming from and get back to
you.

I've gone through and added the exact number of songs you have in your list
using filler, but I can't seem to reproduce this exact problem, so here are a
few questions so I can see if I can narrow down your specific case:

1. What database system are you using? mysql? sqlite? postgres?

2. In what browser version does this error occur? does it happen on any of your
other browsers?

3. could you capture the AJAX coming back from the app when this happens?
Firebug's network inspector should help you to view it. I just want to make
sure the error's on the client side.

4. If you go to an malfunctioning page using the numbers directly, does this
behavior still happen?

The second case looks like something is leaking. The pattern of the numbers is
a bit uncanny, but I can't see quite what side of the code that's happening in.

I'm sorry for a delay. I had some different problems...

1. I'm using mysql
2. I tested it on: firefox 4 (windows 7 and linux OpenSUSE 11.3) and firefox
3.6.12 (Ubuntu 10.04). Errors are the same.
3. I don't know if I done this as you want. Captured responses (with my
comments) are in attached file.
4. When I'm using numbers directly problem doesn't appear. When I'm on page
with error I can still use numbers.

Wow.. okay that's really helpful.. The problem's really coming from the song
lister itself. I need to reproduce this on my side, but there's definitely
evidence that the service is misbehaving -> iDisplayStart=060&iDisplayLength=60
- I'm going to be working on the database a lot in the next few weeks, so it
should be fixed with that update.

If you get a chance, can you switch to my patched branch and see if the problem
remains? I think it might be a bug in the javascript plugin I'm using for
spreadsheets, but I'd like to verify. To switch, just type the following:

type
svn info
-this should tell you if you're using https or not.

svn switch http[s]://streeme.googlecode.com/svn/branches/rh-datatables-0.4.2

./symfony cc

clear your browser cache using ctrl+shift+delete or shift reload a few times to
get the new assets.

you'll know it changed because the column sort and buttons will look quite
different.

See if you can reproduce the next button issue in the updated plugin.
