Checking with the injected redis is going to be awkward and opinionated!
Decided to make it an optional Str attribute at instantiation.
Some day, I may want to create:
Redis::MaybeXS, to do what you would expect.Redis::OpenTracing::Simple, make this module simple to use and be smart about everything.

The build_peer_address is no longer used, and the attempt to predict peer.address is no longer done inside this module. Since v0.2.0 there is an option to set the tags at instantiation.
