This now affects CN2 and KLD and EMN is ok (because magiccards.info updated with EMN images). But this will be an ongoing thing as magiccards.info trails Gatherer by weeks/months.

Deck - Penny31LakeTrickery(2) sanitizes to Penny31laketrickery(2) -- can we do any better? HOT 1
lfc 30.1 sanitizes to LFC .1 but we should probably exempt {season_id}.X semvers from remove_season or make them vX after removing the season HOT 1
When deck_name finds a deck that is only a version ("version 2") it should supply colors and archetype like we do for other "empty" deck names
Now that decks canonically have `v\d[\.\d]*` in their normalized name if they have a deck version we could transform it on output
