lib/server.js uses 'res.sendStatus' for answers, which is not supported by express about peerjs-server

Thanks for the quick reply. I was using 3.X, it now works correctly with 4.X. This is a non-issue then ;-). BTW thanks for PeerJS, it is pretty awesome, I am using it for prototyping various DHT schemes and it made the connections between browsers a non-issue! I now wish signalling was done using other peers rather than the server. I might eventually do it myself ;-).
