Support the Compass Service about pebblejs

Thanks for posting! It's true, accel and compass are better suited as C projects, but rest assured I will add support anyway.

The real reason is that there's only myself behind pebble.js, and Thomas to make it more developer friendly, partly because of the warning at the very top of the documentation. The API makes things very easy, but at a great cost. Developing pebble.js means accepting the implications of that warning. Regardless, I'm happy to take feature requests, and making a Github issue is the best way to log one as you've done. Development has been slower since I've been busy as of late -- maybe the truest reason -- but it's not at a grinding halt!

I will look into adding a Compass API after writing the documentation for the Wakeup API, another API that was previously missing.

I would still very much love if the Compass API could be implemented for PebbleJS! It would be a sweet enhancement for the app I'm currently working on
