Same problem here. But there are many places where it happens:
PayPal\Api\Payment->setTransactions, setLinks...
I suggest searching for @array in PayPal\Api folder and remove all these annotations.

Hey most of the "@array" annotations got removed with d465482 , and we will have the rest removed shortly
