PaymentWithPayPal Doesn't Work Live about paypal-net-sdk

Thanks for reporting this. We fixed this issue in core SDK, fix is available in https://github.com/paypal/sdk-core-dotnet/tree/fix-log4net-stream. Currently fix is available in branch, will include this in next release.
