Log4Net assembly reference causing conflicts, change not reflected in NuGet about linqtoexcel

@jasoncastellano I forgot to add log4net as a dependency within the NuGet config file. I went ahead and did that and pushed out version 1.10

Please download v1.10 and let me know if that fixes your issue.

@paulyoder Thanks for the response. The issue is partly fixed, however there is still a log4net dll in the NuGet package lib folder that is causing a conflict with the actual package dependency. I think once that is removed, we should be good to go.

Ok, try now with version 1.10.1 that I just published.
