error var.vm_password and username

my workflow fails with the following error
i download the secrety.yml file from the ubuntu system via winscp and put it in the ansible directory

The ansible playbook now fails with the following error:

I edit the nsgs to allow winrm via port 5986
Do you have any idea how I could solve the problem.
