A basic implementation is done which communicates over COM serial port (with Proteus Arduino + PCB simulation environment), along with a semi-working Arduino simulator, but motors still aren't receiving proper commands (all run at same speed).

the Control module sends a control string message for every frame using the CSerial class over COM port 4 over the physical Bluetooth module to the Arduino HC-05 receiver.
The string is of the format:
<111222333444555aaabbb>
where
<: starting character.

: closing character.
111-555: PWM value for that index's motor (range of 000-255).
aaa: optional value, typically used for indicating TrafficLight color.
000: Red
001: Green
002: Yellow
003: None
bbb: second optional value, most likely will not be used.
