Use OpenMPKinds.h for the enum definition in REX about rexompiler

There are two sets of enums related to OpenMP:

1. OmpAttribute
2. SageNode

OmpAttribute enums are used for OpenMP parsing in ROSE. It will be converted to SageNode accordingly for later transformation. Meanwhile, the regular nodes, such as expression and for loop, are converted to SageNode as well by EDG or OpenFortranParser.

To keep the workflow consistent, we have to convert ompparser enums to SageNode rather than replace them because it's only part of the whole input source code.
What we can do is to replace the OmpAttribute enums completely with ompparser enums because they are both designed specifically for OpenMP. At the moment, we have gradually made many such replacements. For example, the parallel directive has nothing to do with OmpAttribute now.
