Please also tell them that their workaround should be clustering rabbit asap! Which they should be doing anyway!

Verified using 1.1.4-beta0001 that both messages in the audit queue and the error queue now have delivery_mode set to 2.
Also restarted RabbitMQ to see that after restart, the messages in both audit queue and error queue were still persistent.
