One thing you can do is to increase your scaling factor and make your dataset bigger than 10GB. But you should not expect the results to change that much. It's true that these types of workloads (cloud services) cannot saturate the memory bandwidth, and the off-chip bandwidth exceeds needs significantly, which has been priorly shown in the "Clearing the Clouds" paper.
BTW, Memcached is known to have scalability bottlenecks and it might not be a good idea to tun one instance of Memcached with many threads. Instead, you can run multiple instances of Memcached.
