Build fails on F16 (GCC-4.6.2) about propgcc

Martin, can you try $ ./jbuild.sh 4 rm ?
A recent change requires make from scratch which means removing the build 
directory.

It's the same error with both rebuild.sh and jbuild.sh. I always remove the 
previous build dir after a pull.

For some reason -Werror is being forced on in F16 which causes builds to stop 
when warnings are encountered. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening 
ATM.

One way around this is to add --disable-werror to jbuild.sh 

Line 110:
../../propgcc/binutils/configure --target=propeller-elf --prefix=$PREFIX 
--disable-nls --disable-werror
