We may want to categorize them and link to them or include the pdf if they are distributable. I plan to have a couple PRs by end of week, unless anyone gets it done sooner :).

@zeeshanlakhani Adding the papers makes sense to me, but the articles also provide context for why; which is something I think we should focus on a little more in the repository.

One idea for adding more metadata regarding people's opinions of papers might be to organize it in a database, eg like [1] a small app that I learned about last year?
