It seems that you haven't installed the dependencies. You will need to run bower install in the project's dir

the errors you posted clearly state that the project is missing dependencies probably because
bower install needs to run inside the project's dir.

You need to cd into Konga's root directory and type bower install.

Can you please post the output of the bower install command?

If that's not the case, the only thing I can think of, is that the project is taking some time to compile it's assets on the first run and probably if you keep refreshing the page, those errors will disappear.
