Thank you for the bug report!
We know about the fonts not loading (and falling back) but the additional styling issues in Console caused by attempting to load Bootstrap is a mistake on our part. Modals in particular are not styled correctly, but still functional.
We will address this by bundling both Bootstrap and fonts with Console. I will close this issue and note the version number that will have that bugfix as soon as I have that info.
