Icon size about quicklook-csv

The icon starts out at 512x512, but for smaller files (only few rows and columns), the
font size might be scaled up AFTER the thumb has been created, in order to fill the
whole 512x512 pixels. These icons will look pixelated when scaled up big enough.

A solution to this would be to render the strings in a vector context instead of a bitmap
context, however I didn't succeed whilst trying shortly. Maybe some day I or someone
else will. :)
