can we have a "just the link" version of the browse file command? about github-browse-file

Currently C-u M-x github-browse-url allows you to use the master branch regardless of the current branch, which I think might be worth keeping (at least until there are some checks in place for detecting unpublished branches). Do you think C-u C-u M-x github-browse-url would make it too overloaded?

Alternatively, since it already places the url in your kill-ring you can use something like this:

(let ((browse-url-browser-function (lambda (&rest args) ())))
  (github-browse-file))
