Moving file to an existing folder replaces existing file without a message about core

We need a better solution for this than just an error that it didn’t work. Some dialog with comparing the versions (with info on last modified time) or something similar, like on other operating systems.

I already implemented a dialog for replacing files with the same names, it just doesn't work with drag and drop yet.

@jancborchardt on upload we solve this with a different approach.
A yellow flash notice pops up and asks to replace, suggest a name or cancel.
Why not just reuse this?

Yeah, both scenarios are similar, so they should use the same interaction - ideally the same code so if we want to change it we only have to do it once.
