why this could be possiable to add two permissions with same title and descriptions ? just diff in id, left id and right id ?

the rbac library doesn’t force that check. you can add the check if you need to, in your application logic.
the library addresses each individual role or permission via a path from root, e.g /doors/first-floor/bathroom instead of just “bathroom”, as there might be several bathrooms.
