Well, it looks as though all the footnotes and "review comments" have been lost. The comments were more or less explanatory notes to myself and the editors so I don't expect those to end up in the final text, but the footnotes were intended for the general audience and should be added back in...assuming this format supports footnotes. (Or we could change them to endnotes if you prefer that.) Otherwise, it looks a LOT better than last time I looked at it. I only scanned it, but overall it's looking good. Just saw a few minor issues with it.
