This is not related to imageio, again issues with centos 9 mirroring. I wonder why this
happens more with imageio, maybe because we have a C extension and we depend on gcc and
python-devel. Most projects are pure python so they are not affected by these components.

Yes, I think repoclosure was due to having imageio in 2 different repos built about the same time in copr. #79 should solve it.
The issue with centos stream 9 repo being unstable should be addressed on centos CI system, adding some more tuned gating.
