The bug has been reproduced. To reproduce it, insert the provided URL as the Map source and activate USGS Topo for Map source. Then, attempt to download a part of the tiles, roughly around 100MB.
Upon initiating the download, you'll notice that 96.85MB is shown in the download context menu on the tile selection. As the download progresses, approximately 4.17MB is displayed near the progress bar. Interestingly, once the map is loaded in Maps & Resources, the size of the map is listed as 84.4MB.

To do we need to double check how much exactly is downloaded 83.4 MB or 4.17 MB (this is 10x difference)
