probably you use bigger andriod fonts (settings in android GUI) than standard for your device

Yes same as already explained in #19049, this occurs on some devices and font sizes.

Checking all our menus, it seems we have little consistency and mostly have a different setup each to handle how the top of each dialog is displayed and scrolled. We could unify the look and feel some time.
But it seems as of today none of the other menus have a similar display issue.
