Tap to distance is broken - not displayed during zoom about osmand

The bug was replicated in both the Beta and Nightly builds, showing a comparable issue. By activating the "Distance by tap" feature, I performed zooming in or out with gestures and after moved the map sideways. As a result of these actions, the distance line appeared.

To do: with tap to distance on, line should be displayed while 2 fingers zoom (it displayed now with a delay and not in correct place sometimes)

@Nine-Tailed yes that's correct we didn't want to hide it. Original bug that ruler was stuck between profile.
