removing one * should do the trick :)
docker run --name ldap-service --hostname ldap-service --env LDAP_BACKUP_DATA_CRON_EXP="* * * * *" --env LDAP_BACKUP_CONFIG_CRON_EXP="* * * * *" osixia/openldap-backup
