That is not currently exposed anywhere. I'll chat with out Product team to see about our options there.

We should definitely implement the 5GB upper limit per file. Or at least inform the user that it is highly likely that the upload will fail after sending 5GB.

right - maybe require a --force or a waiver in the config file or something?
I wonder if there's a way to query the OSF to find out if the 5 GB limit
is in place?
