Update to PHP 8 about doctrine-extensions

Running phpunit I got such messages

1x: Method "Doctrine\ORM\Query\AST\Functions\FunctionNode::getSql()" might add "string" as a native return type declaration in the future. Do the same in child class "Oro\ORM\Query\AST\Functions\AbstractPlatformAwareFunctionNode" now to avoid errors or add an explicit @return annotation to suppress this message.

It should be compatible with PHP 8.
The latest Oro products depend on PHP 8 and this library.
