인쇄 메뉴에서 Microsoft Print to PDF나 Hancom PDF, Adobe PDF, ALPDF와 같이 PDF로 출력하기 위해 만들어진 프린터 드라이버로 출력 해보셨을까요?

PowerPoint에서 사용 중이시면 otf 확장자보다 ttf 확장자로 제공하는 Pretendard를 사용하시는 것을 추천드립니다. PowerPoint에서 otf로 사용할 경우 pdf로 내보낼 때 글꼴 임베딩이 벡터로 들어가지 않고, 일부 상황에서 말씀하신 것 같은 호환성 문제가 있습니다. 최신 버전 Pretendard에서 ttf 확장자로 재설치하신 다음 동일한 문제가 있는지 확인해보시겠어요?

ttf 확장자 사용시 특수문자 깨짐이 없이 잘 사용이 됩니다만,
ttf의 경우 한자 사용에 문제가 있어 otf를 사용하고 있습니다.
