Slow reaction from C/C++ microsoft extension in vscode, Macos M1 about orbstack

I have somehow solved this problem, hope this also works fine for you.

According to what I know, this is due to the vscode extension of C/C++ while sshing remote server. The Intellisense server will get down for no reason sometime. I think the extension developers have not fixed it offically.

1. orb should at lease give 2 GB memory for the vm cause the extension needs enough space to work (from my mac, 1GB will stop the Intellisense service.)
2. you can try to switch the mode of using Rosetta in orb set, this can work, probably.

And if you constantly occur the issue, the best way now to solve is to disable intellisense service of C/C++ extension and substitute it with "Clangd" extension. However, from my experience, Clangd extension is not good as C/C++ extension...😮‍💨

Low performance due to running out of memory doesn't sound like an OrbStack issue.
