Crash saving scenario without focus object about orbiter

A focus object is always required during the simulation. If current focus object is destroyed, Orbiter switches focus to a different vessel. This also means that at least one vessel must be present in the running session at any time to act as focus. If the last vessel is deleted, the behaviour becomes undefined.

Orbiter should not try to write a scenario without a focus section. Trying to load such a scenario will almost certainly cause problems.

If Orbiter tries to terminate before the focus object has been set, as in your case, the correct behaviour should probably be not to write out the current state in a scenario.
