Remove LDO token from Lido's reward token.

The reason is that LDO is the Lido's governance token, but cannot be acquired by depositing into Lido's pools.

Description

The bounty is to build an integration with Convex Finance’s liquidity pools using OptyFi's DeFi Adapter interface and defi-legos library. With this integration, OptyFi users should be able to deposit CRV, CVX and Curve LP tokens into OptyFi vaults which will in turn deploy them into Convex to earn yield boosted by CRV and CVX rewards. The OptyFi Protocol should also be able to deposit CRV and Curve LP tokens acquired from other strategies involving our direct Curve integration.

The overall goal is to maximize the liquidity, utility and profitability of CRV and other Curve assets in DeFi.

Submission

• Follow project contribution guide
• The adapter must implement the opty.fi's adapter interfaces
• The adapter contract must be unit tested with minimum 100% test coverage

• Need to add a comment inside LidoEthGateway.withdrawETH() about its future upgrade when stETH 's implementation get upgraded after ETH2.
• Right now the stETH is exchanged for ETH from CurveSwapPool for withdraw function
