GWSL is an xserver that can be used instead of a vnc remote desktop. It would replace Kali's kex. Do you mean the specific desktop provided by kex?

Instead of using win-kex's default xserver (tiger vnc), I'd like to try out GWSL. However, I played around with kex settings but none connected to GWSL. What are the correct settings for substituting GWSL for tiger vnc?

I don't know much about win-kex but GWSL can configure itself. It should be enough to disable win-kex and install GWSL and set it up.
