Latest Android ADT ignores jar files in libs about openxc-android

@peplin , could you give a quick mention of which project wouldn't compile because of this problem?

This was with the 'openxc' library project with SDK 22.0.5, API 18.

@chris I have had problems with libs/ too, and that in various versions of the Tools, but I don't remember seeing one where I had to literally add it by hand to the build path: what I remember doing is rather different, so I would like to verify the exact meaning of your words: when you say 'manually', did you mean using the GUI menu Project Properties>Java Build Path>Add JARs or Add External JARs?

What I expected: add a new Android project from existing source, pointing to the openxc-android/openxc directory. The libs folder should be automatically added to the build path, including all JAR files in it, and there should be no errors. The libs folder icons have the little Android "D" icon over it.

What I saw instead: After adding the project, the libs folder didn't have the "D" (it was just a plain old folder that Eclipse saw in the project directory, but was ignoring. I had to right click on the libs folder and say "add to build path".

I think this was a hiccup in my setup - I wasn't able to replicate it in Linux or OS X today with the latest ADT.
