According to https://wiki.openwfm.org/wiki/How_to_diagnose_fuel_properties_in_WRF-Fire#Step-by-step_instructions the result should have been OK in bce8561 from Wed Aug 29 01:36:54 2012 -0600 in the old openwfm/wrf-fire.
