Hi Jennie, thank you for getting in touch. I can help clarify the issue here. It seems like you encrypted the gcs environment variable for your forked repo, and the same one was used for the master repo when merging. This would explain why the artifacts, unfortunately, were not deployed to gcs from the master repo after the merge. Encrypted environment variables cannot be shared across master and forked repositories for security reasons and require you to re-encrypt the variables for the master repo. This can simply be done by re-encrypting the variable and using -r openweave/openweave-core to specify the repository. Hopefully, this helps, let us know if this fixes your issue and if you have any questions or concerns we can address.
Base on the response, I will re-generate the encrypted key for openweave master repo.
