Building snapper for Ubuntu 14.04 in the openSUSE build service fails with libboost problems. I didn't have the time to analyse that.
To me it's unclear from which repository to try to install snapper for Ubuntu 14.04. Better ask the packages of that repository.

I'm using the 13.04 repository at
http://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=filesystems:snapper&package=snapper
Who is the packager of that repo?
Admittedly, I should not expect a 13.04 package to work on 14.04, however, the requirements failure message is a bit confusing to me; it asks for libboost-thread1.49.0 (>= 1.49.0-1)
, which is installed.

I am the packager of that repository but as I already said it fails for 14.04 and I didn't have the time to look at it.
