RAILS_ENV="production" rake db:migrate fails about open-build-service

This is a new installation or one from packages? I had the same when updating with packages, rpm would move the distributions.xml out of the package away - unless it's changed of course.

Btw. you must now adapt the above file to check for tables and only create new tables if they don't exist. Otherwise people who executed rake with this buggy file will run into this error:

$ RAILS_ENV="production" rake db:migrate

No, just change your local migration and remove the whole up function. We won't add work arounds for people trying the versions from :Unstable. Some local work arounds are required.

And note that this is a long standing problem with mysql - it can't rollback schema changes done in transactions.
