Collections as JSON and no images about html5pivotviewer

The control is designed for viewing cxml collections so we don't have any plans at the moment to modify it to support data in any other format.

The control basically does what you want already; take look at PivotViewer.Models.Collection for the structure of the collection JSON object. Just roll your own loader that implements PivotViewer.Models.Loaders.ICollectionLoader interface and creates the collection object for any data source you want. I'm basically doing the same thing to read from SharePoint lists.

I have now added a loader for json collections and and image controller for simple images e.g. jpeg rather than deepzoom.
