missing dependency to guava about openam

Although at first sight seems related to general openam, uncommenting guava in openam-clientsdk causes a guice issue on installer.

So to keep thinks more restricted i'm trying to include guava and some other dependencies directly into agent.jar

In fact solving guava just in openam-clientsdk leads to a ResourceBase missing into agentapp (openam-rest is not included, but this can't be part of openam-client ...)

other dependencies are missing as well, so i'm trying to cover them all.

Let me know if you think this is the correct way to proceed.

Ok I believe that also fix for tomcat_v6 installer done yesterday is not correct:

instead of including agent.jar and openssoclientsdk i thing that i have to just add necessary classes to installer.

It seems that inside agent.jar openam-rest and all its dependencies are missing
