Thermostat Setpoints Not Allowed Above 100 Degrees about openhab-alexa

Closing this PR as no changes were implemented by Amazon since I raised this issue.

Related to #422, the temperature attributes for all supported device types except Thermostat and TemperatureSensor are now using generic controllers instead of the native/specific ones.

This will allow controls in the Alexa app and also give a cleaner workaround for this issue without having to configure a generic attribute.

Based on my last conversation on the support ticket I raised with Amazon, there are looking to make some changes related to the information I provided. They haven't provided what they plan to do or when it will be implemented. Only that this is low priority on their end. Keeping this issue open for the moment.
